Despite a weather forecast the night before of continuous heavy rain seven brave souls turned up for the work party at Pudsham Meadows.  Two redundant sheds and some old fencing were removed.  Derek Collins who had to oversee operations from the APY wagon due to temporary incapacity said “sheds and fence seemed to evaporate before my eyes”.  The work went so smoothly that there was time to stack cut scrub, remove tree tubes, remove a dangerous fallen overhanging branch and eat cake as well.  The weather was fine and a productive time was had by all.

The shed in Pudsham Meadow was dismantled by Norman and Peter and the one in the Small Field was dismantled by Pat.  At the same time, fence removal was undertaken by Claude and Chris. Derek was also in attendance, in a supervisory role …..
